Clear expectations protect the visit.
Reservation and payment
A 25% deposit is required to hold a requested arrival window. The remaining balance, approved adjustments and applicable taxes are due after service. A request is not confirmed until Parkline sends written confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or move a confirmed visit at least 24 hours before arrival to retain the full deposit as account credit. Late cancellation, no access or an unavailable vehicle may forfeit the deposit.
Weather
We may reschedule when rain, lightning, extreme temperature or wind would compromise safety or quality. Weather moves receive priority and do not incur a penalty.
Access and utilities
The client must provide a legal, safe work area plus a working outdoor water tap and grounded electrical outlet within 75 feet. Apartment, HOA and workplace permission is the client's responsibility.
Vehicle condition and personal property
Existing damage is photographed before work. Severe soil, pet hair, stains, biohazards, mold, pests or unsafe contents may change the quote or cause refusal. Remove valuables, child seats and loose items before arrival.
Results and claims
Some defects cannot be safely removed. Concerns must be raised during the final review or within 24 hours with supporting photos. Parkline must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct workmanship.
